Do I need experience to enroll?+
No prior mixing experience is required. More advanced producers are placed accordingly, and a brief free consultation helps us put you in the right program (EP or LP).
What's the difference between EP and LP?+
Same curriculum. The EP program is a small live group ($1,500) where you finish an EP. The LP program is fully private 1-on-1 ($3,000) and scaled to a full album (9–12 tracks). Not sure which fits? Book a free consultation.
What DAW do I need?+
We teach the mix & master stage in Pro Tools, with your stems exported from Logic, Ableton, or any DAW you write in — the workflow is DAW-agnostic and the same principles carry across. We'll help you get set up during onboarding.
Do I bring my own music?+
Yes — that's the point. You work on your own tracks the whole way through. Bring at least 3 demos ready to mix and master (a full album's worth for LP). You finish real music, not exercises.
How much time do I need each week?+
Plan for 8–12 hours a week for the best results. Sessions are twice-weekly and live, with recordings so you can review on your own schedule.
Is it live, and where does it happen?+
Yes — sessions are live on Zoom so you get real-time feedback on your own tracks. Every session is recorded, so you can rewatch anytime or catch one you miss.
Will I actually release music at the end?+
That's the goal, and it's backed by our guarantee. You'll work on your own tracks throughout, with direct feedback from Ewan. By the end of the six weeks you'll have a release-ready master and a plan to get it out.
What genres do you cover?+
Ewan's credits lean electronic, darkwave, EBM, indie and alternative — but the mixing/mastering principles are genre-agnostic and apply to hip-hop, pop, rock, ambient and everything between.
Is there a money-back guarantee?+
Yes. Come to the first live session — if it's not the right fit, email us for a full refund, no questions asked. We only want people who are genuinely getting value.
Are payment plans available?+
Yes — tuition can be split into installments, especially for the LP program. Bring it up on your free consultation call and we'll sort it out.
Can I talk to someone before I enroll?+
Absolutely — and we'd encourage it. Request a free consultation, tell us what you're working on, and we'll help you figure out whether the EP or LP program is the right fit.
